CONTENT & BUSINESS SYSTEMS

One useful idea.
A repeatable workflow.

Turn your own knowledge into a clear post, short video outline, or presentation draft.

1. Define one reader and one goal.

Choose the question your audience needs answered. Decide what they should understand or be able to do after reading or watching.

2. Gather your source material.

Use notes, examples, and materials you own or have permission to use. Separate facts from opinions. Record where factual claims came from so you can check them.

3. Draft with a clear format.

Use only the approved notes below to explain [topic] to [audience].
Create: a short opening, three useful points, and one practical next step.
Then adapt the same facts into a social post and a 60-second video outline.
Keep my voice direct and helpful. Flag unsupported claims and missing information.
Approved notes: [paste your non-sensitive notes here]

4. Review before publishing.

  • Verify names, figures, sources, and claims.
  • Check that examples and visuals match your message.
  • Remove confidential information and unsupported promises.
  • Confirm that you have permission to use the materials.
  • Read it aloud and make it sound like you.

5. Give the workflow an owner.

Keep a simple checklist: source notes → draft → fact review → approval → publication. Assign responsibility for each step and keep the approved version where the team can find it.
